Like the mobile phone battery, power bank’s service life can be easily influenced by maltreatment. The points we should pay more attention to are as follows:

First, please do not put your power bank in the bag when you charge your mobile phone with it, because the bag is airless and has the poor heat dispersion. The power bank and the mobile phone may heat up and thus reduce their service life. At the same time, it may cause damage to the power bank and mobile phone. It is recommended that you lay the power bank and mobile phone flat in the ventilated place or in air conditioned environments. 

Second，we have two methods to recharge the power bank： We can plug it into the USB port of the computer or in the household power supply. The tieline of the power is limited, so please don’t plug it into the socket on the wall (hanging recharging may lead to the damage to power bank). It is recommended that you lay the power bank flat and plug it into multifunctional socket.   

Several ways to prolong the service life of lithium battery:  

1. the battery should not be fully charged and should not be used up. If possible, the battery should be kept half-full. The range between charging and discharging should be minimized.

2.The factory-gate design of GM Chevy Volt electric-vehicle is to force the power to remain at 20% to 80%. The internal battery of Apple laptop (including other laptops and digital products) might use the same method to increase the cycles of charging and discharging. 

3.Don’t use the lithium battery for long time when the equipment applies external power supply. Even if the heat dispersion of your laptop is good, the full power for long time can cause great damage to lithium battery.
