For a example, power bank with 1.0A input, 1.0a = 1 hour / 1000mA, so you can calculate the charging time according to the power bank capacity. If a power bank with 5,000mAh, the charging time should be 5 hours.

But there will has resistance loss during the progress of charging with data cable transmission, usually the loss is about 15%.

There also have many chargers and cables’ output cann’t reach 1.0A, so the charging time also need longer. Like charger with 0.5A output,  the charging time of power bank with 5,000mAh need about 12 hours. 

The output of computer also is 0.5A,  so the charging time also is 12 hours.
